The purpose of this web site is to exchange information about the history of the DRAKE family found in Western North Carolina predominately Henderson and Buncombe County.

Updates will occur as new documents and information is acquired.  I hope to add additional information on Drake birth, death and marriage certificates, military records, obituary, estate and property records.  If you are interested in posting any photos of your DRAKE ancestors please contact me.
